About The Institute...

The Institute is a 3-year journey of deep discipleship, ministry formation, and church planting. It's designed for every follower of Jesus, future ministry leaders, and church planters.

Year One: Deep Discipleship

For everyone

This is the foundation of The Branch Institute. Over the course of the school year, you'll be immersed in:

• The Christian Story: God's redemptive plan from Genesis to Revelation

• Christian Belief: a deep dive into essential doctrines

• Christian Formation: how to follow Jesus with your whole life

Whether you're new to the faith or seeking to go deeper, Year One will equip you with truth, rhythms, and community that anchors you in faith.

Year Two: Ministry Internship

For Those Exploring a Calling to Ministry

After building a theological foundation, Year Two is about hands-on ministry in the life of the local church. You'll gain experience in real ministry environments while being mentored by our elders, pastors, and other ministry leaders. Whether you feel called to vocational ministry or want to serve your church more effectively, this year is your next step.

Year Three: Church Planting Residency

For Future Church Planters and Teams

The final phase is a cohort-based church planting residency, designed to train, resource, and send out new leaders to start gospel-centered churches. This is a season of focused coaching, team development, and preparation for being sent out by The Branch to plant and lead churches that multiply disciples.
